Job Opportunity

About the Job:

  • Work in fast-moving consumer goods channels and provide field marketing and merchandising sales solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise products within grocery, discount department, and petrol channels.
  • Create point of sale displays, complete planograms, ensure product is well-stocked and maintained.
  • Negotiate shelf space with managers to leverage market share.
  • Check stock levels for stores, liaise with store managers.
  • Develop strong relationships with key personnel in all stores.
  • Hold and utilize stock and point of sale sent to you.
  • Report accurate data upon completion of each visit.
  • Provide feedback and relevant data to field managers.

Requirements:

  • Previous merchandising or retail sales experience within FMCG highly desired.
  • Strong relationship building skills and negotiation skills.
  • Creatively minded, thinks outside the box.
  • Hunger to make a difference in your territory and achieve sales results.
  • Valid driver license & reliable car.
  • Able to work in an autonomous role.
  • Attention to detail & pride in your work.
  • Excellent time management skills & a positive attitude.
  • Able to competently use technology.
