  • Collaborate with senior chefs on daily planning and menu development
  • Maintain accurate stock control, minimize food waste, and ensure high hygiene standards

Requirements:

  • Relevant trade qualifications in culinary arts
  • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional cuisine
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with flexibility
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Previous experience as a CDP or Supervisor in a commercial kitchen environment
