Executive Chef Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef Assistant to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes for our guests.
You will work closely with our culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your culinary skills and knowledge, working with a variety of ingredients and menu items. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Responsibilities:- Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

- Proven experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Tertiary qualifications in culinary arts or equivalent
