About the Role:

The Agency Partnerships Manager is a critical role that plays a key part in supporting the growth and reach of our clients across metro and regional locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships with non-profit agencies, churches, and community stakeholders to promote our clients' purpose and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with agencies, non-profits, councils, and community stakeholders;
  • Scoping new locations for our clients' services using industry research and stakeholder feedback;
  • Identifying opportunities to work closely with councils to ensure operational requirements are met;
  • Working closely with our clients' teams to share client insights and ensure fulfillment of orders;
  • Assessing new locations for our clients' services, reviewing site access and suitability;
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to support our clients' growth and reach;

Job Requirements:

  • At least three years' experience in a similar role;
  • Demonstrated confidence in account management and customer engagement;
  • Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
  • Strong project and time management skills;
  • Ability to adapt to varying work demands;
  • Positive and friendly attitude;
  • Strong customer service focus and commitment;
  • High level organisational, administrative, and financial management skills;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;

Additional Requirements:

  • Australian Citizen/ Permanent Resident with valid Australian working rights;
  • Current and valid WA Drivers' License;
  • National Police clearance;
  • Medical assessment of current health;
