About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our boutique agency based on the outskirts of the CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our industrial portfolio, including liaison with tenants and landlords.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely and efficient communication with owners and tenants.
  • Administer leases in accordance with tenancy schedules, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance for the portfolio, ensuring prompt and cost-effective resolution of issues.
  • Coordinate lease renewals and negotiations for new submissions, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Manage financial aspects of the portfolio, including budgeting, monitoring arrears, and providing regular reporting.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in commercial property management, preferably in a boutique agency setting.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Current WA Property Management Licence, or willingness to work towards obtaining it.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant legislation and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
  • Own vehicle and a current, valid WA Driver's Licence.
