Senior Desktop Services Manager

The role of Team Leader - Endpoint Management and Messaging (EMM) focuses on aligning desktop solutions, mobility services, identity and access management, application packaging and deployment, messaging, application support, and collaboration services with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain corporate desktops, identity and access management, mobility solutions, software packaging, patching, and administer Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
- Lead a high-performing team, maintain positive relationships with business units, and drive the development and implementation of new desktop and mobility techniques.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and management technologies, cybersecurity tools and processes, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
- Aptitude for leadership and the ability to build and lead an effective team.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM & Intune, Windows 11, Group Policy Management, Microsoft O365 applications including Teams, Active Directory, hybrid cloud environments, and cyber security tools and processes.
- Familiarity with endpoint cyber security controls and Service Desk management tools, such as ServiceNow.
