**Job Summary**

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will lead a high-performing team delivering desktop solutions, mobility services, identity and access management, application packaging and deployment, messaging, application support, and collaboration services.

The role focuses on aligning these services with industry best practices and ensuring they are effective and client-centric.

  • Manage and maintain corporate desktops, identity and access management, mobility solutions, software packaging, patching, and administer Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.
  • Lead a high-performing team, maintain positive relationships with business units, and drive the development and implementation of new desktop and mobility techniques.

Strong knowledge of desktop and management technologies, cybersecurity tools and processes, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver desktop solutions, mobility services, identity and access management, application packaging and deployment, messaging, application support, and collaboration services that meet industry best practices and client needs.
  • Build a high-performing team and culture by developing staff capabilities and effectively managing performance and change.
  • Develop positive relationships with business units, understand their needs, and provide professional advice on service delivery issues.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new desktop, mobility, availability, and accessibility techniques to enable business growth.
