As a key member of our Four Points by Sheraton team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our hotel and local community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our hotel and surrounding area to provide personalized recommendations and exceed guest expectations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via various communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Operate the hotel's switchboard, connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension, while providing information on room features and local attractions.
  • Assist guests during check-in and departure processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Engage with guests to build relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and foster a sense of community.
  • Support the front office team in operational tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Process guest reservations, handle credit card responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.

About You:

  • Experience with property management systems, such as OPERA, or similar software.
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
  • Working rights in Australia and a valid NSW RSA certification.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A can-do attitude, with a focus on smart solutions and guest satisfaction.
