Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our front office crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and departure processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be an expert on the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations
  • Answer, record, and process all guest requests, questions, or concerns via various communication channels
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and process guest requests, connecting and directing calls to the appropriate extension
  • Provide information to guests about room features and local areas of interest
  • Assist guests arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process
  • Handle general enquiries and engage with guests to provide a personalized experience
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings
  • Support the front office crew in general operational tasks
  • Take guest reservations and perform credit card responsibilities

About You

  • Experience with OPERA property management system or similar
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • NSW RSA
  • Enthusiastic to escalate your career
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment
