Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic At Your Service Agent to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless interactions with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed guest expectations
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns via various communication channels
  • Operate the telephone switchboard and process guest requests with efficiency and accuracy
  • Offer information and assistance to guests regarding room features and local attractions
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests
  • Engage with guests to build relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Support the front office team in operational tasks and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
  • Process guest reservations and handle credit card responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
  • Experience with property management systems or similar technology
  • Relevant industry experience in a similar role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • NSW RSA certification
  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
