Guest Experience Associate

As a Guest Experience Expert at Four Points by Sheraton, you'll be part of a community that values approachability and straightforwardness. Your role will involve supporting the Guest Services team with operational tasks, being an expert on the hotel and surrounding area, and exceeding traveller expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general operational tasks and provide expert knowledge on the hotel and local area.
  • Assign rooms according to traveller preferences and handle general enquiries with a friendly and genuine service.
  • Verify and adjust billing for travellers, and follow up with their questions and requests.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new travellers to enable future bookings.

About You:

  • You'll have experience with the OPERA property management system or similar.
  • You'll possess relevant experience in a similar role and have working rights in Australia.
  • You'll be enthusiastic about escalating your career and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You'll be armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
