Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Sydney Central Park. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the restaurant service period, ensuring that all guests receive a friendly and efficient service.
  • Provide a genuine and approachable service throughout the complete food and beverage experience.
  • Understand our guests' requirements and create a fun and lively experience.
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as required.
  • Be an approachable and confident Supervisor, providing comfort and support to our waitstaff.
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times.
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to enable future bookings.
  • Plan and execute team building activities to make our associates feel part of the Dizzy Bird team.

About You

  • You hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
  • You have relevant experience in a managerial role.
  • You have working rights in Australia.
  • You are enthusiastic about escalating your career.
  • You are self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
