Business Opportunity:

  • We are seeking a seasoned Vice President to spearhead our Investment Banking team in Sydney.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry with direct experience in Financial Institutions coverage.

  • This role involves supporting origination and execution of IB business, with a strong focus on financial institutions coverage, due diligence of clients and markets, deal documentation and internal approvals, participation in marketing efforts, and handling day-to-day client queries on all execution related matters.

  • The successful candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques, detail-oriented and commercial acumen, and the ability to take initiative with strong critical thinking skills.

  • They will also have effective written and verbal communication skills, flexibility in working hours to assist in balancing personal priorities, and a willingness to learn and develop their skills within the company.
