Objective

This role is a key position within our team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through personalized service and product recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Banking Consultant. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to build relationships, communicate complex information, and drive sales growth.

You will be responsible for performing account opening activities, managing complex queries, and ensuring seamless referrals to other colleagues. You will also play a key role in training and coaching junior team members, introducing and promoting digital banking solutions, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 12 months' experience in a similar position, with a strong focus on customer service, professionalism, and knowledge of frontline controls.
