About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Government Temp Team in Brisbane. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with our Local and Federal Government clients to provide temporary recruitment solutions for Professional Services roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to build and grow relationships and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying clients within the Government sector and arranging meetings and presentations. You will also be assisted in your sourcing for roles by our dedicated sourcing hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and build/retain those relationships
  • Develop a business strategy to target new key clients
  • Meet with clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
  • Advise clients on pay rates and candidate availability
  • Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Build strong candidate pools
  • Provide second-to-none customer service to all clients and candidates
  • Work collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
  • Meet agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
About You
  • Experience working within a Business Development, Account Management, or Sales role
  • Recruitment experience within Government would be a real advantage
  • Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
  • Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
  • Great communication skills
  • Resilient and persistent
  • Self-motivated with the competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPIs
  • Must have a driver's license and own vehicle
