We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Technology sector team, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent in software development and managing a busy desk with a strong client portfolio.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven and results-oriented recruitment professional to take on a challenging role with a thriving recruitment firm. You will have the autonomy to manage your desk and focus on building relationships and driving results, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and results over micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit top talent in software development
- Manage a busy desk with a strong client portfolio
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Minimum 3 years' experience in agency recruitment, ideally in the Technology sector
- Strong 360 recruitment experience with proven billings (A$400k+ annually)
- Natural ability to build relationships and grow business
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in business development
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
