Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane office and help us attract top talent for our phone-based sales staff.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, from advertising to onboarding, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using platforms like Seek and LinkedIn to build a talent pool for phone-based sales staff and other roles.
- Manage the recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide support throughout the interview process.
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- A dynamic and driven team environment with opportunities for career growth and development.

- Monthly award ceremonies to recognize and reward outstanding performance.

- 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role.
- Experience recruiting phone-based sales staff is highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset, with strong operational and tactical skills.
