Your primary objective will be to proactively recruit for roles across multiple locations, utilizing the latest technology and recruitment trends. You will engage in both cold and warm business development activities to expand our client base, conduct comprehensive recruitment processes, and manage strong relationships with clients to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will be an adaptable, resilient, and motivated individual with the following background:
- Demonstrated experience in a 360 recruitment role for a minimum of 3-5 years, including business development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite is essential.
- Experience with FastTrack 360 is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
- Strong presentation abilities to make compelling cases for talented individuals.
- A tertiary qualification in business or related fields is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Full current Driver's Licence.
