We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Red Earth Recruitment in Brisbane. As a key member of our Technology sector team, you will be responsible for recruiting top tech talent in software development.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a thriving recruitment firm that is expanding its presence in Brisbane. You will have the autonomy to manage your desk and focus on building relationships and driving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit top tech talent in software development
- Manage a busy desk and prioritize tasks effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, preferably in the Technology sector
- Strong 360° recruitment experience with proven billings (A$400k+ annually)
- Natural ability to build relationships and grow business
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in business development
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
