Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our market access initiatives. As Head of Market Access, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive market access plans that drive business growth and patient access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market access strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead pricing strategy development and secure reimbursement approvals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure market access strategies align with business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and mentor a team of market access professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
  • Strong understanding of Australia/New Zealand regulatory environments and healthcare systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
