About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven individual to join our Gaming department at Mount Pritchard as a Gaming Service Executive, Relief Gaming Supervisor, and Responsible Gambling Officer. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to ensure exceptional customer service delivery and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the gaming operation in the VIP lounge, ensuring timely, effective, and efficient customer service delivery.
  • Anticipate and accommodate customer needs, exceeding expectations and providing a positive experience.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of EGM, MTGM, and gaming systems, assisting operationally as required.
  • Assist with administrative requirements, complete data entry, and maintain customer data and files with confidentiality.
Key Duties as Gaming Supervisor
  • Lead the team to ensure overall customer service experience is fulfilled.
  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Gaming Floor Operation.
  • Participate in performance management and maintain relationships.
  • Ensure adherence to Club policy, procedures, Operations, and compliance with governing bodies.
Key Duties as Responsible Gambling Officer
  • Effectively monitor and identify patrons displaying potential signs of problem gambling.
  • Proactively support and facilitate customer service with patrons who exhibit signs of problem gambling.
  • Provide support to team members and conduct relevant gambling assistance conversations with patrons.
  • Record and report instances of potential gambling harm.
  • Lead a culture of proactive gambling harm minimisation.
About You
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a large club/organisation.
  • Strong understanding of the Registered Clubs Act, Liquor Act, Food Act, RSA/RCG, HACCP & Gaming Regulations.
  • Good practical knowledge of safe WH&S practices.
  • Exceptional grooming and excellent time management & organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, critical thinking skills, and strong communication.
  • Capability of working both independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment.
  • Possess a current NSW Liquor and Gaming RSA/RCG and Advanced RCG competency card.
  • Possess a current Provide First Aid certification.
  • Full availability to work across a 7-day week roster.
