Job Title: Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator to join our team. As an Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, while also providing exceptional customer service to clients and work providers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurate Quoting: You will be responsible for accurately quoting vehicles in a timely manner and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures.
  • Quality Repair Workmanship: You will ensure that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to clients and work providers, building strong relationships and ensuring that their needs are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: You will have proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Technical Knowledge: You will possess strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles and repair processes, as well as excellent computer skills.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, work providers, and colleagues.
