
Repair Network Specialist

The Repair Network Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of the repair network, guaranteeing cost targets are met and repairers adhere to their service level agreements.
Main responsibilities include tracking repairer performance, optimizing salvage opportunities, maintaining data accuracy within Solvup, conducting audits on invoicing costs, and collaborating with repairers to ensure adherence to agreed processes.
- Network Support: Coordinate new repairer onboarding, provide support for repairer inquiries, and maintain accurate records of repairer contracts and documentation.
- Network Gap Analysis: Analyze data to identify opportunities and gaps in the repair network, supporting strategic planning to optimize network coverage and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks, reviews, and prepare performance reports, implementing feedback and improvement plans for repair agents.
- Customer Enquiries: Support customer service and case management teams by handling repair-related enquiries and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Data and Reporting: Ensure accurate case data collection from repair agents, maintain and update Solvup, identify gaps, and ensure data integrity. Prepare regular reports on network performance and key metrics.
- Contracts/Legal: Provide correct and complete data to the contracts team for accurate contract management, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met and documented.
- Administrative Duties: Organize quarterly meetings with key OEMs and high-volume repairers, support the compliance team with annual audits of repair centers, maintain up-to-date records of repairers' public liability insurance and relevant qualifications, and review and approve invoices from repair agents.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- A willingness to learn about repair management systems and industry-specific processes.
