About The Role

The Bay Building Group is seeking a Repair Coordinator to provide technical support to the Repair Team and to be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Repair Coordinators.

The Repair Lead will assist in developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, serve as a key client liaison, and support managing escalations to ensure successful job delivery within the repair portfolio.

This role supports the Construction Manager with workflow management of repair jobs, problem solving, training, and acting as a point of contact for Repair Coordinators regarding workflow-related inquiries.

Key Activities (including but not limited to):

  1. Drive workflow management to ensure Repair Coordinators meet KPIs as per client requirements.
  2. Monitor and manage job workflows during employee absences and serve as the escalation point for portal-related technical issues.
  3. Manage the Repair inbox and assign tasks within the team.
  4. Ensure Supervisors are aware of Repair Coordinator absences and act as the internal workflow contact.
  5. Train new starters and upskill existing employees on the repair process.

Knowledge and Experience

  1. Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and construction trades and suppliers.
  2. Knowledge of corporate, technical, industry, and competitive areas related to BBS services.
  3. Proven ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships and accounts.
  4. Experience interacting with stakeholders at various levels.
