We're seeking a Data Infrastructure Strategist to drive data-informed decision making across our venture capital operations. As part of our team, you'll work closely with investment, fund strategy, investor relations, and finance teams to enhance our existing data infrastructure.

Our ideal candidate has proficient programming skills in Python and advanced SQL knowledge, with hands-on experience with or a strong interest in learning Snowflake, dbt, and AWS Lambda. If you're passionate about solving problems in eloquent and efficient ways, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are excited by the prospect of enhancing processes through data and automation, we want to hear from you.

Your focus will be on optimising and scaling our existing Snowflake data warehouse, enhancing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines built with dbt and AWS lambda functions, and refining and expanding our suite of AWS Lambda functions to support data processing and integration needs.

You'll also collaborate with investment partners and investment managers to evolve our data-driven tools, lead the ongoing analysis and reporting of the Airtree portfolio companies, and iterate on Airtree's existing dashboards and insight packs.
