As a Financial Data Strategist Leader, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to this vision by shaping the data infrastructure that drives our global trading platform. With your technical expertise, you'll lead a diverse team of business analysts, data analysts, and engineers, serving as the primary technical expert for our BI team.

Your responsibilities will include driving our data strategy, leading the Business Intelligence Team, and managing cross-functional teams across data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytics. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake, DBT, and Power BI to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact millions of trades executed annually.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum

This role requires a technical leader who thrives on developing both systems and people. Your experience leading BI technical teams and managing stakeholders will be essential in shaping the future of our data infrastructure.

  • Lead the Business Intelligence Team, providing technical guidance across our modern data platform
  • Shape and deliver our APAC business intelligence and data strategy
  • Guide senior leaders on new business initiatives and strategic projects
  • Manage cross-functional teams across data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytics
  • Drive innovation using technologies like Snowflake, DBT, Power BI, and Thoughtspot
  • Ensure smooth data operations and champion efficient processes
