Job Overview

This role is crucial for the company's organisational transformation as they implement a new HRIS system, migrating to SAP SuccessFactors.

As a key member of the HR team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of this system across all HR modules.

  • Lead the project from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with stakeholders in HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Work closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules to drive business efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Review and refine system configurations to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all system-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribute to changing management initiatives, including the creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and a basic knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
