Job Title: Transformation Specialist

The primary role of the Transformation Specialist is to oversee the implementation of organisational change programmes and ensure their successful delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise industry-recognised change management frameworks and methodologies to drive desired outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts related to resources, skills, availability, and business priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies, designing effective interventions and solutions that deliver value and maximise adoption.
  • Establish a deep understanding of business needs, mapping business requirements into change requirements.
  • Conduct thorough change impact assessments that accurately reflect change impacts, including impacts on the business, other areas of the organisation, associated people risks, and how these impacts will be managed.
  • Integrate change management into overall project scheduling and resource planning.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in change management roles, with at least 3-5 years in complex organisations. Experience working in 'greenfields' organisations would be advantageous.

  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in change management roles.
  • Exceptional skills and experience building trusting and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
  • Proven capability in effective communication and ability to execute work autonomously and independently.
