Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors, maintaining open communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing project plans, conducting risk assessments, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • A strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, and budget control, is essential.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Qualifications
  • A degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience in a supervisory role.
  • No less than 10 years' experience in heavy industry, specifically in rotating plant and high-value project delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial skills, with a solid grasp of contract terms.
  • A proven ability to manage large-scale projects, including cost control, reporting, and scope management.
  • Experience in leading estimating, tendering, and contract development processes.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support project delivery.
