Senior Project Manager / Client Relationship Manager - Engineering Expertise

Location: Maitland, Florida | Hybrid Remote Work Arrangement

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager and Client Relationship Manager with a strong background in engineering to lead complex projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors. This role requires effective leadership, technical expertise, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on-time and within budget.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between clients, owners, architects, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; PE license is strongly preferred.
  • At least 10 years of project management and client-facing experience in healthcare or institutional design projects.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, engineering methodologies, and construction administration processes.
