We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' experience in heavy industry, specializing in rotating plant and high-value project delivery. They will possess strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills with a solid grasp of contract terms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors, maintaining alignment through effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Apply structured project management processes, including gate reviews, scope management, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Proactively identify and report project risks, implementing approved mitigation strategies as required.
  • Support the development of cost estimates for new opportunities by contributing to cost models, documentation, and stakeholder consultation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification in engineering or extensive site-based supervisory experience delivering complex projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing projects exceeding $2M, including cost control, reporting, and scope management.
  • Ability to travel to sites as needed to support project delivery.
