Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Professional. This is an entry-level role that offers the opportunity to work with a successful franchise agency located in Sandgate.

**Job Description:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, greeting clients, managing keys, and conducting key handovers. They will also assist the Sales team with contracts and the Property Management team with administrative tasks. Additionally, they will ensure the office presentation is immaculate and update files as needed.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Greeting clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Managing keys and conducting key handovers
- Assisting the Sales team with contracts and other administrative tasks
- Supporting the Property Management team with administrative duties
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
**Requirements:**
- Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners, and tenants
- Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Previous administrative or Real Estate experience highly regarded
- Real Estate Certificate required
