">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Assistant in Castle Plaza Shopping Centre.

Job Description
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including housekeeping and visual merchandising.
  • Process large volumes of stock and assist with click and dispatch orders.
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture.
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
