Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Experience Associate.
In this position, you will be the last point of contact offering a great shopping experience to our customers. You will work in various areas of the store, including checkout and customer service desk.
Your responsibilities will include collecting trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas.
Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and we seek someone who shares our passion for serving others.
If you have a genuine passion for food and shopping, a customer-first mentality, and a love of teamwork and growth, then you may be the ideal candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
