Client Relationship Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Global team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, contributing to the growth of the Global portfolio, and providing exceptional client service.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Global portfolio through strategic thinking and outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Provide administrative support, including accurate, efficient, and timely responses to day-to-day queries and policy documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing a portfolio of clients, solid general insurance knowledge, and a drive to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Qualifications
  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification in Insurance or related field (or intention to complete this qualification).
  • Solid general insurance experience, preferably supporting senior team members with large corporates.
  • Drive to deliver exceptional client service with a collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
  • Strategic thinker with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
