Marketing & Advertising Talent Acquisition Business Partner at DMCG Global

Our client is seeking a great Marketing Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives with a data-driven approach. The role is based in Perth and requires a proactive marketing professional who can build and execute strategies across the marketing funnel and manage a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.
  • Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage a team of up to 6 members.

  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communicator able to lead projects and collaborate across teams
  • Creative problem-solver who tests ideas and takes calculated risks
  • Self-starter with a passion for growth and impact
What You Bring
  • 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in growth/strategy roles
  • Experience leading and managing teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs
  • Experience with cross-channel campaigns
  • Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, email, content, and analytics
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Global marketing experience
