The role is to develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels. A proactive marketing professional will build and execute strategies across the marketing funnel and manage a team.
A seasoned professional with a proven track record in growth-focused marketing is required. Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with marketing analytics tools are essential. Excellent communication skills are necessary to lead projects and collaborate across teams.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in growth/strategy roles. Experience leading and managing teams is also necessary. Additionally, experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple channels.
- Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities and identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage a team of up to 6 members.
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, email, content, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
