Institutional Onboarding, KYC

The RoleWe are seeking a skilled professional to build out a brand-new function, taking onboarding across multiple teams and centralising it into a structured process.
You will be responsible for end-to-end onboarding across institutional counterparties, liaising directly with trading, legal, compliance, and finance teams, and managing due diligence, sanctions screening, and static data setup.
Additionally, you will support workflow improvements and the rollout of Fenergo, and play a key role in building out the team long term.
Requirements- 3+ years' experience in KYC/AML onboarding (capital markets ideal)
- Strong knowledge of AML/sanctions/beneficial ownership structures
- Detail-driven, proactive, and confident communicator
- Fenergo experience a plus
