About this Role:

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and implement improvements through collaborative working
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and proactive communication

What We Are Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a drive to continually improve processes and procedures.

You will also need to be a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs. As well as being a great team player, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service experience preferably in a financial services environment
  • Strong knowledge of consumer lending products and services is desirable
  • Ability to learn and use technical systems to provide accurate information to customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Driven approach to all aspects of the role
