We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Customer Experience design team as a Manager.
The ideal candidate will be based in Brisbane's CBD and play a key role in driving customer-centric initiatives that support our business goals.
About the Role- Support the Senior Manager CX in optimising key product & service delivery journeys.
- Contribute to the development of customer strategy, design new propositions, and visualise journeys.
- Represent the CX team and customers in various settings.
This is a dynamic role that requires adaptability and a willingness to take on complex challenges. You may be mapping pain points in the home lending journey or facilitating cross-functional workshops.
You will have the opportunity to shape customer experience and drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
Our team is known for being flexible and adaptive, working collaboratively and independently on customer projects that support our purpose of helping all Australians own their own home.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Senior Manager CX in delivering initiatives important to the customer office.
- Bring structure to ambiguity by shaping customer strategy, designing new propositions, and contributing to personas and insight-driven decision making.
- Represent the CX team and customers in various settings.
