We are seeking a decisive and driven professional to join our high-performing Workers Compensation Claims team in Canberra.

Job Description

  • Champion customer outcomes through assertive case management practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and assisting them through their recovery process.
  • Maintain good client relationships with stakeholders and provide clear and timely communication.
  • Own the end-to-end claims process with guidance from leaders.
  • Identify and act on clinical information to develop effective strategies, guided by legislative and compliance timeframes.
  • Operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Be self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining high standards during times of change and resilient when facing challenges.
  • Have experience within the insurance industry (managing claims or personal injury management) or a background in health or a similar environment.
