Primary Role
We are seeking a decisive and driven professional to join our high-performing Workers Compensation Claims team in Canberra.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment and be ready to make an impact as a case manager.
Job Description
- Champion customer outcomes through assertive case management practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and assisting them through their recovery process.
- Maintain good client relationships with stakeholders and provide clear and timely communication.
- Own the end-to-end claims process with guidance from leaders.
- Identify and act on clinical information to develop effective strategies, guided by legislative and compliance timeframes.
- Operate independently while contributing to a high-performance team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Be self-motivated with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining high standards during times of change and resilient when facing challenges.
- Have experience within the insurance industry (managing claims or personal injury management) or a background in health or a similar environment.
