About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Strategist to join our team at King Kong. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital media campaigns that drive results.

Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our talented team of marketers and growth experts to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing digital media strategies across various channels, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing systems.
  • Analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement to optimize ROI.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and achieve business objectives.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media to continuously improve our services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A passion for staying current with industry trends and developments, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and enthusiasm, we offer a competitive salary of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including two days of remote work and access to our state-of-the-art headquarters in South Yarra. We are committed to supporting your professional development and offer extensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
