Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and continuous improvement of our proprietary data collection frameworks, tailored to our higher education products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Humanities, or a related field. Independent research experience (Honours or Masters) is highly regarded.

Suitable applicants should also have a passion for the value of higher education, with knowledge of higher education sector trends desirable. Additionally, experience with data collection frameworks or knowledge management is highly desirable.

About the Role
  • Leverage qualitative research, problem-solving, project management, and writing skills to develop robust frameworks and generate meaningful insights from data
  • Design and develop staff- and student-facing survey products
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research utilising internal and client contacts to inform improvements
  • Facilitate client feedback workshops to gather expert input, test proposed changes, and validate that products meet changing needs
  • Oversee project workstreams, including developing workplans and roadmaps, and collaborate with clients and internal teams
