Product Development Lead

We are seeking a Product Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of the group, you will be responsible for developing and improving our proprietary data collection frameworks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex problems and utilize your qualitative research, problem-solving, and project management skills to develop robust frameworks and generate meaningful insights from data.

  • Develop and continuously improve our proprietary data collection frameworks tailored to our higher education products.
  • Design and develop staff- and student-facing survey products.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using internal and client contacts to inform these improvements.
  • Facilitate client feedback workshops to gather expert input and validate that our products meet the changing needs of the higher education sector.
  • Oversee project workstreams including developing workplans and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams across the globe.

A successful candidate will have:

  • A strong academic background preferably in Humanities or a related field.
  • Possess knowledge of higher education sector trends desirable.
  • Experience with data collection frameworks or knowledge management highly desirable.
  • Be committed to doing high-quality work.
  • Exhibit analytical/logical, detail-oriented, and proficient skills in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders.
  • Show a positive, generous, collaborative attitude with a willingness to learn and help others.
