Senior Commercial Contract Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned commercial contracts expert to provide strategic support and drive business outcomes for our organization.
The role involves reviewing and negotiating contracts, addressing commercial issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support contract negotiations, including coordinating reviews, obtaining approvals, and preparing summaries.
- Oversee contract execution, compliance, and variation requests.
- Analyze commercial implications of contract provisions and translate them for the business.
- Draft legal contract amendments and clauses.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders about business priorities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of commercial contract experience as a contract manager or advisor.
- Industry experience is desirable but not required.
- Excellent commercial contracting skills, good business acumen, and effective communication.
