Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development of category-wide marketing strategies that drive awareness, traffic, and conversion across instore and online. The successful candidate will oversee marketing activity for the beauty category, playing a critical role in shaping integrated campaigns that resonate with customers, fuel commercial outcomes, and strengthen our positioning as a beauty destination of choice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement
  • Build and maintain strategic brand partnerships that balance compelling storytelling with commercial performance
  • Plan and deliver full-funnel, insight-led campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, including digital, in-store, social, CRM, and experiential
  • Leverage and evolve retail media capabilities to activate high-impact campaigns using first-party data, onsite media, and instore activations
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 8 years' experience in a marketing role within beauty, luxury retail, or agency environments, with a proven track record of leading high-performance marketing teams and delivering measurable business outcomes. They will have a deep understanding of the beauty consumer, including shopper behavior, category trends, content formats, and cultural relevance.
