About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Support Technician to join our team at First Focus, a leading Managed Service Provider in Australia. As a Senior Support Technician, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide remote service desk support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Support a combination of online and on-prem servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.
  • Project Work: Collaborate with project teams to deploy solutions for clients, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Work with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of end-user support, IT troubleshooting, and Active Directory, with comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange.
  • Cloud Experience: Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP) is an advantage, reducing your learning curve.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
