Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional IT professional to join our team as a Senior Support Technician. As a key member of our service desk team, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
  • Deliver support for Azure, Hyper-V, and Citrix cloud infrastructures
  • Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues and improve their IT experience
  • Participate in project teams to deploy solutions for clients
Requirements
  • Advanced understanding of end-user support, IT troubleshooting, and Active Directory
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
  • Genuine exposure across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking
  • Experience working with an IT outsourcer or managed service provider (MSP) is an advantage
