
Administrative Services Manager

The Business Operations Specialist will work autonomously to deliver business services, applying expertise and adapting processes as required.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including report preparation and correspondence management.
- Identify challenges, conduct research, seek expert advice, and recommend solutions.
- Supervise and manage school support staff, monitoring workloads and performance, and identifying workforce capability requirements.
- Oversee financial activities, including budget planning, financial reporting, and payroll administration.
Candidates must be current Queensland Government employees and submit a brief resume and 1-page written statement in response to the attached job description.
Key Qualifications:- Mid-Senior level experience in business or finance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret information and adapt procedures.
- Experience with financial software and systems.
