The OSHC Team is seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
Job Description
As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operational functions by providing support and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional care services.
You will be responsible for:
- Rostering educators effectively to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinating calendars and schedules to optimize efficiency
- Responding promptly to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
- Organizing travel and accommodation bookings with precision
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- SUPPORTING complaints management and resolution processes
We seek a candidate with a caring and helpful nature who can thrive in a child-focused environment. Experience in complaints resolution and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
This temporary contract offers a unique opportunity to gain experience working with our team in a dynamic and purpose-driven setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in rostering or scheduling multiple workers
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
